Day 8 Entry

Today felt like my legs were trying to dissolve old remainign tensions so they can finally starting resting and sleeping in the background.

There was sensations of sharp pain and a few leg twithces.

Nothing wrong here, we just breathed throught it and let it happen.

This phase right now feels like its in between my legs being tired, and them remebering they can just sink into the floor and find the relaxation they so need.

Meditation is like coming up against all that you have ignored, and in the stillness, everything comes to the surface to be felt, until your body remembers what the sensations of true aliveness feels like...
