2hours in stillness?
It oughta show you what ur made of. It was the biggest mental challenge so far. More than stretching. But if i look at it, when i started deep stretching, it felt like difficulty max. Tho now its casual. Its gonna be the same with deep long meditations.
Today at 1h45min, i hadnt moved my legs which were crossed and the tension was so sharp i couldnt think of anything else. I gave myself some grace and finished the 15min while having moved my legs a bit. But it remained that i found thats how we start to relax.
By feeling it all.
The energy of the tension dissolve by going into it.
Like fire burning. Its the same thing. It showed me also how mentally strong i am and how that level of discipline translates everywhere else.
